- If you know what you're looking for, start shopping by selecting the product category links: e.g. CLOTHING, SHOES, ACCESSORIES. You can also shop our latest product through the NEW IN category link, or our seasonal COLLECTIONS and weekly FEATURES through the links on our home page. If you have a specific product in mind or are unsure where to start, you can simply enter a key word or item number in the search box on the homepage.
- Once you have found an item you want to buy, select your size, the quantity you want and click on the 'ADD TO BAG' button.
- You can then either continue shopping, or review the items in your shopping bag by clicking on 'View your bag'.
- If you're happy with the items in your shopping bag, click 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order.
We’re sorry, we cannot amend any part of your order after placing it. We can only change your delivery address, if requested.
If your order is still within its fulfillment phase, you can contact our customer support team to submit your cancelation request.
Unfortunately no, the only way to order from us is via our website.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit. You can also choose to pay on delivery.

Sizing chart provided on our website is a general size chart which may give approximate values and measurements, therefore your product(s) sizing may not match the measurements mentioned on the chart.
Every item has the size chart attached for it that belongs to the website. Please pay attention as some of our items are US size and some of it is UK size. For example Boohoo size chart is UK based so make sure when selecting your size you select the UK size.
Tracking your order has never been simpler. All you need to do is log in to your account, select the order and click on “Track shipment” link under the order summary box.

Once you've placed your order we'll send you an email to let you know we've received your order and confirm the details. After this, we'll get to work on getting your order from the seller.
The whole shipping process takes 12-15 business days since the day of confirmation and you can always track your order status through order tracking page.
We deliver to any city inside Egypt.
Delivery time differs from one product to other. You will find the delivery date mentioned on the product page.
No, Express shipping option is not available
All items at Yashry are shipped from abroad, and that’s the reason why it takes time to be delivered to you.
All our items have prices on it and it is all inclusive till home delivery.
No extra charges.
Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service. If you do not want to keep your item, please check our return policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Yashry order, we offer a full refund within 14 days.
Return requests should be submitted through our returns center
We're dedicated to provide you with the finest online shopping in Egypt snd we will be happy to assist you for refunds or returns.
o Return should be within 14 days.
o Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
o The following items cannot be returned: Underwear, lingerie and swimwear.
o We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without submitting a return request first and it gets approved from our side.
o In case of receiving a physically damaged product(s) from the courier, the incident should be reported within 2 days starting from the delivery date ( including the regular and national holidays) to be able to take the proper action, reporting past this period will not be valid.
Because we care about your order, courier won’t be able to let you check the order while delivering it to you. You would have to receive your order from the courier and pay the required amount then you can request a return within 14 days and get a full refund.
- Make sure to keep your order in its original packaging with its original condition (unworn, undamaged, unwashed or altered in any way)
- Submit your return request through our returns center
- We will send you another courier to pick up the item and the refund will be released once we receive the item at our office.
Refunds are to be done through the same payment method you used.
- Credit card refunds can take from 5 to 10 business days to be reflected on your bank account.
COD orders will have its refund through transferring the amount to your bank account or the postoffice.
