Please reset your password by clicking on "forgot your password" on the sign in page. Once done, you will receive an email with a URL to add a new password so you can sign in to your account.
Gift card I have is not working, what shall I do?

Some of our features are not supported now. Please wait for another email from us with a new gift card number soon.
Can't return my order through the orders page, what shall I do?

Old orders IDs won't match the IDs shown on your order page now due to the changes happened. In case you would like to return any of your orders placed pre the website renovation process, please use our returns center orders.yashry.com.
Can't track my orders through the new orders page, what shall I do?

You can track any of your orders through the tracking URL sent to you via SMS. Please be noted that each order has its tracking link.
Can't find the online payment option at your checkout page

Only COD is available now, we will add all the other payment methods including online payment, Installments soon.
